Artist & Participant Content
LGBTQ+ youth artists who participate in The Q Art Hour programs retain full ownership of their original artwork and written work. By participating in our programs, artists grant The Q Art Hour a limited, non-exclusive license to display, photograph, and promote their work in connection with our mission — including on this website and in marketing materials — with appropriate credit. This license does not transfer ownership.
Ticket Purchases & Refunds
All ticket sales are processed through our ticketing partner. Refund and exchange policies are determined at the time of purchase and displayed during checkout. The Q Art Hour reserves the right to cancel or reschedule shows due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or transfer.
Intellectual Property
All website content produced by The Q Art Hour — including text, design, logo, and graphics — is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without written permission. The Q Art Hour logo and name are trademarks of the organization.
Safe Space Commitment
